I can’t say enough about this gorgeous house! It was everything we wanted and hoped for. my daughter had a wonderful 27th birthday. Great view pool was amazing it had all the amenities in the house. We will definitely come back to visit again soon. Thank you!

Place and house are amazing.
Beautiful view, peaceful atmosphere.
We stayed with family and little baby, at the house we found so many toys to play ant the yard and pool. At every room was tv, so every person in our family felt comfortable, especially our baby.
Also grocery store was 1 min away which was very important for us.
Great from 1 to 100. If i could rate 10 star for sure i would.
Thanks for hosting! Now it’s our fav place to stay near Miami

Just had 10 days at Pelican Point
Just had 10 days at Pellican Point (family of 5 - wife & me, son & wife, and grandaughter) and we had the most amazing stay. Beautiful property, amazing waterside location, superbly appointed with wonderful touches like beautiful towels, sun beds, pool floats, well appointed kitchen & much more. The host Lars has been incredibly helpful from start to finish, recommending great places to visit, eat & drink. Neighbours super kind & helpful too. Great place to relax, enjoy the sun & water and visit all the hotspots in Pompano & Fort Lauderdale. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely be back soon.

We absolutely loved our stay.
We absolutely loved our stay. The house is beautiful and the pool over looking the canal was amazing. Very close to great restaurants and the beach. My family enjoyed hanging by the pool and doing some fishing off the pier. We hope to visit again next Spring Break.

A Slice of Heaven
We would like to thank you for sharing this little slice of heaven with us. The house was perfect for our family of 7. We had plenty of space in this well appointed perfectly located home. We were looking for a location that was close to everything but quiet and serene. We hit the jackpot. We could walk to shops if we wanted to. The neighborhood is quiet. The fishing was good. The pool was perfect with plenty of floats available. The one thing I was looking for was a place on the water to enjoy Dawn and dusk with a coffee and I had the most amazing views from the back yard over the water. The remodeling and decor was well done and so cute. I chose this place because my parents can’t do stairs. This place was perfect. No stairs and steps not even in the shower or going from the kitchen to the back porch. There are stairs going to the dock but they didn’t need to use them. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding and towels. I will definitely do this again soon. The whole experience was wonderful. Easy check in and out. I hope you enjoy this space as we have.
